OPTION 1: DEPOSIT INTO THE “TBC Bookings” ABSA BUSINESS SAVINGS ACCOUNT

Recommended for guests from South Africa. Guests can make direct deposits into the following account:

Deposits can be made in cash or by cheque deposits or internet / electronic transfer. The reservations number and surname of the guest who made the reservation must be quoted on the deposit / payment slip. Fax a copy of the proof of payment to 086 262 0844 together with the following details of the guest:

  • Surname and initials
  • ID number
  • Physical address
  • Copy of passport.

This information is required to comply with foreign exchange regulations

OPTION 2: CREDIT CARD

RESERVATION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE FOR INTERNET BANKING/DIRECT DEPOSIT

Tofo Beach Cottages will receive an e-mail upon submitting your reservation request via this web site. The reservation request will be kept in your name for a period of 72 hours. PLEASE NOTE: Placing a reservation above does not mean that it is confirmed! Unpaid reservations expire 72 hours after the date you reserve it!

During this period Tofo Beach Cottages will interact with you via e-mail and supply you with additional information you might require to plan your vacation and formalise a reservation.

Should you fail to finilise a reservation within the 72 hour period, your reservation request will automatically expire. The dates that you have selected will then be reflected on the web site as available.

However, should you indicate that you intend formalising a reservation, Tofo Beach Cottages will e-mail you a reservations number and an invoice. 50 % of the accommodation fee is payable upon formalising the reservation and the balance is payable at least one month before taking up the accommodation. In case of a reservation being made within a month of the date of taking up the reservation, 100% of the accommodation fee is payable upon making the reservation.
